The Cardiac Science Powerheart G5 AED Semi-Automatic defibrillator has a robust design and carries an impressive manufacturer’s warranty of 8 years. The Powerheart G5 has been developed to allow a person with limited first aid knowledge to operate the life saving unit with no prior training or experience.

- Semi Automatic Defibrillator – The Powerheart G5 AED administers a shock at the press of a button
- Supplied with one set of adult electrode pads, battery and software
- Battery stand-by life: 4 years
- Battery shelf life: 5 years (from date of manufacture)
- 2 year electrode pad life (from date of manufacture)
- Daily, weekly and monthly self-tests performed by the unit
- Increases energy levels if more than one shock is required
- LED indicators show when the device is ready for use and the remaining battery capacity
- Provides voice and text prompts to help guide the rescuer throughout CPR and defibrillation treatment
- An IP55 rating ensures high resistance against dust and moisture contamination
- Includes non-polarized adult pads that can be placed in either position on the patient
- Stores a record of the process that can be transferred to a computer for analysis via a USB port
- Approximate time taken for analysis and charging is 15 seconds
